I offer individual sessions of online, face-to-face Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR).
CBT and EMDR are evidence-based and recommended therapies for a range of problems. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, low-self-esteem, depression or trauma, the sessions are completed over video conferencing, so you will always be the safety and comfort of your own home whilst receiving excellent care. Most importantly, we will set goals and work together to help you live a more enjoyable, meaningful and empowered life.
Often the hardest part of the process can be reaching out and asking for help. On my website, I have included some videos and further information about what to expect from therapy. So please feel free to explore the site and contact me if you have any questions!
